Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic **Customer Relations Officer** to join our team. In this role you will be the face of our company ensuring that our customers receive outstanding support and creating an experience that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide comprehensive assistance via phone and email

Manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency ensuring high satisfaction.

Build and nurture strong relationships with customers creating trust and loyalty.

Gather customer feedback to suggest improvements for services and processes.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customers needs.

Qualifications:

A bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in customer service or relations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problemsolving abilities with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software (preferred).
