What does this role involve
In Findability Intelligence we focus on creating advanced machine learning models for largescale retrieval and ranking enhancing the shopping experience for millions of Allegro users each day. Youll become a part of either the Recommendations Research or Learning To Rank team driving innovation in Allegros shopping experience. Your role will involve implementing and assessing cuttingedge machine learning and deep learning models tailored to meet the platforms business requirements.
We are looking for people who:
- Have practical experience with Deep Learning and Big Data
- Have critical thinking skills and a theoretical understanding of ML
- Know the methodology of conducting scientific research
- Know Python and data visualization libraries know common ML libraries (torch transformers pandas numpy)
- Know English at B2 level
The following are also a plus:
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP AWS or Azure)
- Handson experience with LLMs: prompt engineering model evaluation
