Job Description
What Youll Do
- Drive product vision strategy and requirements from concept to launch.
- Continuously reimagine product experiences that empower users to report abuse and improve platformwide safety
- Build downstream safety systems that can quickly and accurately take action on user reports and create feedback loops to automatically detect and mitigate abuse at scale
- Develop and enhance experiences to drive user awareness about safety polies and help create a more civil and positive platform experience for all users and creators
- Work in a fastpaced multicultural environment across companies and time zones.
- Navigate diverse stakeholder perspectives user personas and balance competing priorities with high judgment
- Partner with engineers designers analysts and other product leaders in the company to define and complete complex crossorg initiatives.
- Manage crossfunctional dependencies tradeoffs and unblock critical initiatives.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of experience in product design and management with a track record of leading software projects across multiple teams and organizations.
- Ability to think big and align leaders and teams across organizations on the vision and strategy
- Implement relentlessly and inspire teams to achieve longterm goals
- Top notch communication skillsboth verbal and writtenwith the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
- A collaborative and empathetic approach with experience working across different geographies and cultures.
- Adaptability and a problemsolving mindsetable to navigate ambiguity evolving requirements and incomplete data with confidence.
- Expertise and past experiences in usergenerated content (UGC) platforms safety or safety adjacent products content moderation etc. is a plus
