Club Pilates Winston Salem is growing and we need more teachers!
Pilates draws on many other forms of exercise to create a balanced full body workout focused on posture core strength mobility balance and more. Unlike many forms of exercise Pilates is in high demand but there are not enough teachers to support the growing needs of our community. Teaching Pilates does require a certification and Club Pilates Winston Salem has a 500 hour program which teaches new and experienced Pilates practitioners everything needed to become effective helpful and valuable Pilates instructors in as little as three months!
Over the 500 hours of training we dive deep into a comprehensive practical and personal understanding of Pilates principles exercises modifications progressions and more. Pilates instructors come from many backgrounds and are often new to Pilates when beginning a teacher training program. Some of the most successful backgrounds for Pilates instructors are: yoga practitioners dancers gymnasts school teachers personal trainers massage therapists martial arts practitioners health coaches chiropractors group fitness instructors tutors child care providers and estheticians.
Teaching Pilates is a dynamic fun and rewarding career. Fully qualified Pialtes instructors have very lucrative employment opportunities flexible schedules and a great work life balance. Working in a Pilates studio also helps to promote a healthy lifestyle inside the studio and beyond and opens the door to a wonderful community of supportive people.
This Pilates Certification is recognized internationally and is registered with the Pilates Method Alliance as fulfilling the universal standards of a fully qualified Pilates instructor. Our program has been very successful and the graduates of the program often become teachers at our studio. Scholarship options may be available to some candidates based on experience skill sets and existing qualifications.
