As a SaaS Business Development Manager specializing in Construction Software you will be instrumental in identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. This role demands a blend of sales acumen industry knowledge and a passion for technologydriven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the construction software sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking cold calling and leveraging industry contacts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with construction firms contractors and industry stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored software solutions.
  • Develop an indepth understanding of the companys SaaS offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and potential areas for growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful software implementation.
  • aintain accurate records of sales activities pipeline status and forecast reports using CRM software.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Construction Management or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales within the SaaS industry preferably with a focus on construction software or related fields.

Skills:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its software needs
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
