Job Description
We are currently looking for a Presales ServiceNow Consultant. As a Presales ServiceNow Consultant you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our clients during the sales process.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a presales or technical consulting role.
- Indepth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
- Ability to understand clients business objectives and translate them into technical solutions using ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- ServiceNow implementation experience is a plus.
