Sr Analyst Partner Operations Business Partner
Why We Have This Role
Qualtrics is looking for a Partner Payments Specialist who is responsible for managing the payment process for partners/vendors in the Ecosystems organization. You will work closely with the finance legal sales customer operations and ecosystem teams to ensure timely and accurate payment reconciliation invoice processing and partner/vendor payment disbursement plus working on adhoc process improvements projects and other roles and responsibilities that evolve through Qualtrics continued growth journey.

Things Youll Do
- Process Improvement: proactively identifying areas for improvement and simplification and owning endtoend implementation supervision; maintain accurate documentation and records of internal Partner processes
- Serve as a trusted advisor: Collaborating with Partner and Field leadership to identify develop and implement gotomarket strategies that align with the companys overall business objectives to drive revenue growth.
- Operational Excellence: Drive annual & quarterly Partner GTM efforts across business modeling quota setting org structure and territory design; focused on driving adoption of operating rhythms and discipline required to increase efficiency
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration. Build relationships with key stakeholders and promote a culture of crossfunctional teamwork to drive business success.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Utilizing data analysis and reporting tools to generate payment reports identify trends and provide insights can contribute to success. Harnessing analytical skills to make datadriven decisions and recognize patterns helps optimize payment processes and identify areas for improvement.
What Were Looking For On Your Resume
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Statistics Business or Information Systems
- 6 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations Finance or Management consulting with focus on the following:
- Forecasting gotomarket (GTM) sales compensation and incentive plan creation and partnering with highlevel partner and sales leaders
- Strong working knowledge of Sales organizations Sales quotas and CRM platforms (i.e. Salesforce)
- Experience delivering against multiple priorities at the same time along with strong attention to detail planning and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including the ability to create complex formulas generate pivot tables and charts VLookups manage large datasets and automate tasks using macros and VBA programming
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate across multiple channels
- Ability to work with and analyze large data sets
- Familiarity with Coupa Netsuite is a huge plus
