Main tasks:
Assumption of design responsibility in various projects
Creating draft concepts and concept studies according to specifications
Support Design trade studies
Creation of proposal bid and presentation documents and brief descriptions of the design proposals
Lead and execute the detailed design and create fully elaborated assembly designs and interface drawings
Coordinate with other designers assigned to the project
Incorporate and develop advanced concepts technologies and materials in collaboration with the technology group and manufacturing and J&T design
Creation of the technical documentation (assembly plan single parts and assembly drawings parts lists and specifications test samples) utilizing CAD SAP and PC applications
Perception of selfcontrol in the context of inputs especially when submitting mandatory parts model data files
Carrying out the administrative tasks related to release and change management
Evaluate proposed changes and establish change requests
Assess NCs and support the error handling process
Support of manufacturing testing and PA
Requirements/Skill Set:
B.S. in Engineering
35 Years of relevant industry experience
Experience with CATIA V5 desired
Familiar with standard aerospace structural design practices
Experience in joint design and different fastener usages
Familiar with metallic and composite applications
Problem solving skills
Good communication and cooperation
Organization skills
