Job Description
The mission of the Solutions team at cBEYONData is to create and deploy innovative products to our federal customers. The CFO Control Tower Budget and Spend solution (BAS) is a planning and reporting solution that has been prebuilt for the federal government and runs on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). We are seeking a Federal Budget Consultant for the implementation of BAS for a Federal customer. Candidates should have familiarity with the Federal planning programming and budgeting processes and experience with system implementations. This is a fulltime position on a multiyear contract that will allow for 100 remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Document and communicate budgetary processes of our federal customer with the project team.
- Communicate Federal Budget Policies and their impacts to business processes and system requirements with the project team.
- Document federal budgeting and reporting requirements.
- Create business requirements documents and functional design documents to support technical development of budgeting and reporting solutions.
- Create mockups and visual aides to communicate functional designs internally and to customers.
- Develop test plans test scenarios/cases and manage testing .
- Design and execute training for packaged and custom developed financial and/or budgeting applications.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience in federal budget related activities within the areas of budgetformulation budget spend plan creation and personnel planning.
- Knowledge of budgetary regulations and procedures.
- Knowledge of systems integration and reporting.
- Expertise in civilian federal budgeting forecasting and labor planning experience along with strong implementation/systems integration experience across multiple ERP systems (Momentum SAP Oracle) coupled with knowledge of project management best practices.
- Experience with one or more ERP systems used in the federal government like SAPOracle or Momentum.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in business process analysis and functional design of financial budgeting &reporting solutions.
- Experience with Hyperion/Oracle Planning OneStream Anaplan Adaptive PlanningSAP SAC etc. OR custombuilt budgeting solution for a federal customer.
- Experience with SAP BusinessObjects or other BI tool like Tableau PowerBI orMicroStrategy is a plus.
- Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain Public Trust.
