You will be working for one of the longest standing independent Estate Agency groups in the North East which means there is plenty of incoming business for you to earn great commission on.
As the Sales and Lettings Valuer you will be responsible for bringing new properties on to the market! This will be for the sales lettings and auction departments which means your opportunity to offer various services is fantastic which also means the chance to earn huge commissions is certainly there!

- Monday to Friday 09:00 17:00

What you will be doing
- Preparing for a valuation by conducting research on pricing and market trends
- Conducting valuations for sales lettings and auctions
- Getting properties ready to hit the market by taking various details of the property including measurements floorplans and photos
- Actioning a robust follow up process to ensure all new listing opportunities are fully exercised
- Giving expert advice to sellers and landlords to ensure the correct levels of interest to achieve a sale or let
- Cross selling other services and products
- Regular business generation to find new valuations and listing opportunities
What youll have
- Experience is Estate Agency is essential
- Proven track record of successfully listing properties
- A genuine hunger to earn
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
