Interview Process: 2 rounds over zoom
This position will support delivery of application development and technology upgrade projects within CLIENTs Corporate and Common Services suite which provides a set of foundational IT services used to build and operate CLIENTs business applications. These include customer registration/authorization/
authentication systems userinterface portals automated workflows and a range of CRM services. In addition CCS supports a diverse portfolio of COTS/SaaS solutions in support of CLIENTs HR Finance Project Management customer support and GRC corporate functions

****All candidates presented will start working with a hybrid work arrangement expected to work onsite 23 days and the remainder can be remote these days are subject to change based on team and business needs***
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Work with the product owner and technical architects throughout an effort to define groom and prioritize scope to meet the given schedule budget and requirements negotiating on budget constraints is vital
Track projects against approved budgets and report on forecasts and variances and coordinate actions to bring projects on or under budget unless a variance is approved
Support the iterative business planning process and assist in the development of new project concepts and estimates
Maintain & handle initiatives projects and staffing profiles within CLIENTs Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) application.
Identify and secure resources required to complete the plan and supervise resource utilization by continuously analyzing staffing requirements and resource allocations
Provide periodic status updates (on scope schedule budget risks and issues) to project partners management and established governance groups
Ensure management remains abreast of status and hold them accountable for facilitating mitigation of risks and resolution of raised issues
Own the project roadmap / timeline in coordination with other project partners
Optimally plan and track while maintaining constant contact with all project partner groups to coordinate the project landmarks.
Supervises the deliverables of other teams including infrastructure support and supervise the impacts to squad deliverables.
Track project actuals against defined achievements and revisit the overall plan as and when vital
Understand and translate crossteam dependencies into concrete plans
Communicate information between project teams and partners to ensure alignment
Coordinate and ensure project documentation is updated reviewed and approved and project is compliant with CLIENTs system delivery processes
Proactively identify document and lead risks & issues; plan for effective risk mitigation and raise to management as needed.
Resolve and follow up on issues in a timely manner
Inspire and lead through effective team management
Assist the squad with planning and carrying out the Release Management process.
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
Guides and coaches assigned teams in the use of the Scrum framework including the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices and by removing impediments for the team to optimize their productivity
Coordinates and facilitates all Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews and Demos
Works closely with Product Owners to groom the Product and Release Backlogs to ensure readiness for the next Sprint
Responsible for tracking team commitments in Story Points and Stories selected Points and Stories delivered and ongoing calculation of team Velocity and Sprint/Release Burndowns
Figures out the best approach to implement projects (Scrum Scrumban Kanban etc.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of Agile tools techniques principles and values and apply this knowledge to the squad.
Assist Product Owner and squad to maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog with refined user stories
Successfully balance delivery timeframes and continuous iteration so that customer feedback is always incorporated.
Supervises the JIRA board and individual stories and tracks their status towards completion
Follows up with team members to ensure statuses are up to date and stories are commented appropriately
Resolves blockers and escalates as needed
Facilitates Sprint Retrospectives and captures and tracks progress against team improvement objectives
Coordinate movement of code between Development Testing UAT and Production environments and all related planning resourcing and scheduling activities
Oversees cross functional coordination and communication requirements traceability release management test case management and defect tracking concerns to keep delivery on track.
Facilitate and or Participate in Scrum of Scrums meetings to ensure the Squad and all involved are aligned on priorities dependencies and timelines
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of three to five 35 years professional Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Project Management experience including project Initiation Planning Tracking Delivery and Closure
Project management certification preferred
Experience in Agile Development with Scrum Master (or similar) experience; Scrum Master certification preferred
Bachelors or Masters degree preferred or equivalent experience
Experience in managing large crossfunctional teams across multiple time zones
Experience with projects relating to Salesforce Application
Experience with thirdparty vendors a plus
Experience with HP PPM Jira or other project management tools
Previous financial corporation experience a plus
