Job Summary
Vertiv is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master/Business Analyst to join our team. The role will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices ensuring efficient workflow and fostering collaboration among team members. This role requires strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills to drive continuous improvement and deliver highquality results.
This position will be based onsite at Vertivs Westerville OH HQ location.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily standups sprint planning retrospectives and reviews) for multiple AI development teams
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external interruptions and distractions
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum framework
- Track and communicate project progress to stakeholders using appropriate metrics and tools
- Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration between data scientists engineers business users and other stakeholders
- Help teams break down complex AI initiatives into manageable sprints and user stories
- Manage dependencies between different AI projects and teams
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business or a related field (preferred).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe etc..
- Excellent facilitation coaching and conflictresolution skills.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g. Jira Smartsheet).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Preferred Requirements:
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and development lifecycle
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar cloud platform.
- Familiarity with Snowflake or similar Data lake platform.
- Previous experience managing data science or AI projects
