Job Summary:
You will be mainly responsible for planning directing and coordinating phases of works through functional supervisory personnel assigned activities with various work groups and ensuring maintenance of structures facilities and associated systems. Participate in the conceptual development of the project and oversee its organization scheduling and implementation.
Responsbilities:
- Plan and schedule project phases logically ensuring efficient resource utilization coordination and supervision of site personnel and subcontractors.
- Determine project requirements allocate tasks and lead construction teams to optimize manpower equipment and materials for efficient project .
- Inspect work progress to ensure compliance with quality standards industry codes and client specifications while resolving technical issues.
- Monitor safety compliance review work in progress and enforce adherence to safety regulations policies and procedures.
- Advise on procurement and timely delivery of tools materials and equipment to align with project schedules and workloads.
- Analyze project performance review reports address delays or budget issues and recommend corrective actions to maintain progress.
- Oversee subcontractor selection and supervise their work to ensure successful completion of specific project tasks.
- Ensure project closeout including final documentation compliance with statutory requirements and support staff development through training programs.
Qualifications:
- 10 to 15 years of construction experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry with at least 5 years in construction management or supervision.
- proven track record in managing major industrial EPC construction projects.
- Strong expertise in project/construction management including ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System work phase planning and resource optimization (manpower equipment and materials).
- Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards & Procedures Industry Codes and other relevant standards with a strong technical background in an industrial environment.
- Middle East experience is essential with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of multidisciplinary site activities.
- Creative thinker excellent organizer and experienced leader with the ability to motivate and foster teamwork.
- Effective in managing a multinational workforce in dynamic work environments with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors degree or diploma in engineering; preferably a licensed engineer.
