You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPinnacle IP Solutions is looking to add to our Help Desk/IT Team (Level 12.
In this role the successful candidate will be answering customer calls and tickets providing initial assessment and diagnostics of the issue(s) and addressing and fixing the problem. Where problems cannot be resolved immediately the ticket will be handed off to L2L3 support within the team.
We are looking for excellent communications skills both verbal and written as well as good technical skills and ideally experience with either Network LAN/WAN Cellular IT VoIP Meraki Mitel Oracle POS Microsoft etc.
In this role you will be working within a team that collaborates communicates and shares and contributes to the teams success. We use Connectwise as our primary communication tools for tickets timesheets documentation sharing and project management so having existing experience with or learning Connectwise will be a key asset in the role.
