Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals/fresh graduates to join us in Ortigas in the role of MIS Officer.
In this role you are responsible for generating & distributing accurate periodic & ad hoc reports promptly as well as providing essential analysis based on empirical historical data to aid the Division in decisionmaking.

What the role will entail
- Generate validate and distribute reports accurately and timely.
- Provide reports for strategic decisionmaking and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in automation initiatives of existing SAS Programs for efficiency and error reduction.
- Troubleshoot both simple & complex SAS program errors and recommend MIS updates for report consistency & efficiency.
- Maintain customercentric culture and relay feedback to management on issues including but not limited to customer needs complaints fraudulent transactions and suspicious accounts.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations of the Bank BSP and other external regulatory bodies.
- Implement audit & quality control measures.
What were looking for
- Graduate of any Statistical/Businessrelated course
- Strong analytical and MIS skills
- Working knowledge on Basic Banking Practices Policies and Relevant Regulatory Concerns
- Proficient MS Office knowledge
- Familiarity with Accounting and Financial Principles and Fraud Detection
