Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in managing the supply and demand planning for bulk ingredients Were looking for a dynamic individual to ensure our supply is perfectly balanced with demand engaging key stakeholders in the process. This role offers you a breadth of experience across both Supply and Demand planning.
This is a 12month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Planning:Coordinate and balance supply plans across product groups working closely with production planners and the optimization team.
- Demand Planning:Facilitate monthly forecast reviews balance supply/demand and collaborate with the sales team to manage aged stock.
- Inventory Management:Maintain stock holdings within budgeted targets address excess stock and shortages and ensure inventory safety.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement:Prepare monthly reports communicate production performance and focus on continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- Qualifications:Bachelors in business Engineering or Supply Chain.
- Experience:Minimum 5 years in FMCG with a preference for dairy industry experience.
- Skills:Advanced Excel SAP (APO) strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
