Role Description:
We are seeking a Technical Lead who will be responsible for overseeing technical teams ensuring smooth operations and driving successful project outcomes.
Our Technical Lead will:
- Understand project needs plan and design the structure of technology solutions. Youll define work schedules for the team assign tasks and set goals.
- Collaborate with team members management and clients to ensure projects meet quality standards.
- Monitor systems to ensure they fulfill both user needs and business goals.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
- Oversee assigned programs including conducting code reviews.
- Assist in solving technical issues as they arise.
- Ensure the implementation of agreedupon architecture and infrastructure.
- Address technical concerns ideas and suggestions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Skills and Experience
To qualify for the role you must have:
- At least 8 years of experience as Technical Lead or IT Architect.
- Handson experience with software development and system administration.
- Understanding of strategic IT solutions.
- Experience in project management and serviceoriented architecture (SOA).
- Knowledge of JavaScript and Java.
- Familiarity with relational and nonrelational databases as well as vector database.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g. Azure).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Problemsolving aptitude.
- Organizational and leadership skills.
