Job Description
Are you an Italian native speaker with excellent English skills (C1 level) Join our dynamic team in Malta and provide exceptional customer support while enjoying a competitive salary and attractive benefits!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver highquality assistance to customers ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively in both Italian and English.
- Manage and resolve queries via email phone and chat within scheduled working hours.
Requirements
- Native Italian speaker with fluent English (C1 level).
- Flexibility to work shifts from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 19:00.
- Must hold a European passport or work permit for Malta.
