Job Description
As an ALDI Area Manager you will be the driving force behind multiple store locations shaping the future of retail and inspiring excellence in every facet of your role. Your leadership will touch the lives of both employees and customers setting new standards for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role is a permanent full time position within the Jandakot Region.
Were looking for leaders who can bring their interpersonal skills commercial awareness and management abilities developed in other industries to ALDI. If youve not had experience in retail thats ok weve got lots of knowledge and experience to share. We will provide you with a comprehensive training plan and mentor from day one. With our handson training youll develop skills that will not only elevate your career but also enrich your personal journey.
What does the role involve
- Leading mentoring and empowering a team of 56 Store Managers to ensure all stores run smoothly helping to keep our customers Australias most satisfied.
- Working with your Store Managers to recruit train and develop the next generation of leaders in our stores.
- Continually looking for ways to improve the quality and efficiency of your stores.
- Overseeing the operational and financial performance of multiple stores ensuring targets are met and strategies are implemented effectively.
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of your team members.
Qualifications :
What are we looking for
- Must be open to and willing to travel between a portfolio of stores across Perth Metro area
- Demonstrated experience leading teams ideally in a customer facing environment.
- A proactive seeker of feedback who fosters personal and team growth through reflection and continuous improvement.
- A clear impactful communicator who informs inspires motivates and influences others to drive team success.
- An inclusive collaborator who actively consults resolves conflict as it arises and appreciates alternative perspectives and opinions.
- A decision maker who shows ownership by making informed decisions executing efficiently and taking responsibility for results.
- A change catalyst who embraces and navigates change with enthusiasm looks for improvements and effectively supports team members to implement changes.
- A person with a bachelors or masters degree (any discipline) and relevant experience in a similar role.

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $150 000 $199 800including Superannuation car
