ARB Registered Architect in Slough
I am working with a wellestablished firm based in the Slough area who are looking for an Architect to join their team. They predominately work on residential and mixeduse projects so experience in this is vital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management ensuring client requirements are met.
- Manage daytoday client interactions take instructions maintain records report as needed and obtain necessary approvals.
- Design management challengethe brief to solve problems and deliver highquality design solutions that meet the project brief and client expectations
- Coordinate all project information from clients team members and other disciplines.
- Maintain a record of design development including key approval
- Communicate project objectives design vision and the project quality plan.
Requirements:
- ARB Registered
- 24 years post Part 3 qualification
- Experience working on medium to large scale mixed use projects
- Experience working in RIBA Stages 35
- Experience in developing sustainable housing and mixeduse schemes as well as urban or suburban housing design and masterplanning
- Strong design visual and presentation skills.
