- Successful prior track record as any of the following Carpenter / Craftsman / Handyman / Painter / Electrician / Plumber estimation skills and prior home inspection experience a plus
- Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
- Own a dependable truck or van
- Current and valid drivers license
- Live within 15 miles of the Oakland/Macomb County line
- Excellent troubleshooting analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check
