Job Summary
Weare seeking a passionate Food & Beverage professional to join our Delta Sky Club (DEN) team! As the Assistant Manager you are responsible for maintaining this dynamic Delta Sky Club account in partnership with the Assistant GM & GM in accordance with the approved budget while meeting client expectations. You will assist with conducting safety sanitation and maintenance programs while maintaining excellent relationships with employees guests and the client as well as other departments within the operation. You will promote the professional growth and development of the entire team. You will foster strong interdepartmental relations and create a wow worthy environment focused on providing exceptional guest service to the Delta travelers!
Key Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with client andorganizations policies and applicable laws
- Assists leadership with ongoing training of employees; mentors coaches and partners effectively with hourly employees
- Maintains food cost while ensuring quality standards
- Is knowledgeable on HACCP controls along with proper storage and use of food
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Two to four years food service management experience (restaurant hotel corporate dining food service operations)
- Supervisory scheduling training and coaching skills
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines
- Competency with Microsoft Office
