Type: Permanent (FTE)
Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM 12hr nights 36 hrs guaranteed)
Salary Expectations:
Hourly: 26.98hr 43.17hr
Annual: $56118.40 $89.793.60
CAP: 43.17 hourly $89793.60 annually 10 plus years of experience only
Now Offering $10000 Signon Bonus
Sign On Bonus Pay Out Schedule: 5000 in first check $2500 after 6 months and 2500 after 1 year
Job Description
- Must have experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Client utilizes Allscripts Paragon
- Must be able to read vital signs and provide injections/vaccinations
- Must be able and willing to float without hesitation
- 12 Bed Unit
- Would be working with 34 other staff members on the unit.
- 4 to 6 week orientation before going on to the floor Hands On Training
- Client will give tour of unit at interview
Requirements
- Two years of Emergency Department experience Preferred
- BLS Required
- ACLS Required
- PALS Preferred
- CEN and TNCC Certification preferred.
- Rhythm Recognition or Basic Arrhythmia experience Required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Required
- Current NH RN licensure Required
- NO NEW GRADS
