Job Description
TPF Recruitment Kents leading accountancy practicerecruitment agency is working on behalf of a rapidly growing Top 20 firm ofchartered accountants based in Rochester. The firm is seeking an Accounts Semi Senior to jointheir team.
This is an exciting position where you will work with a rangeof sole traders partnerships and ltd companies providing them with a mixedstatutory account management accounts and tax service.
- Preparation of ManagementAccounts: Ensure timely and accurate reporting for adiverse range of SME clients.
- Assisting with FinancialStatements: Support the preparation of statutory accountsfor clients.
- Corporation Tax andSelfAssessment Tax Returns: Preparetax computations for directors and companies for review by the Corporate TaxManager.
- Liaising with Clients andHMRC: Provide excellent communication and supporton behalf of clients to ensure compliance and resolve queries.
- Improving Processes: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency ofprocesses and workflows within the team.
- Trainingand Mentoring: Assist inthe development of junior team members fostering a collaborative andsupportive working environment.
Requirements
Accounts Semi Senior Top 20 Rochester
- Qualifications: qualified partqualified or qualified by experience with at least 3 years of experience in accounts andmanagement accounts.
- Personal Attributes: Energetic ambitious and committed to continuous personal development with agrowth mindset.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards with knowledge oftax laws and regulations.
- Cloud Accounting: Experience withcloudbased accounting software is essential preferably QuickBooks and Xero.
