• Perform Mechanical construction activities as per drawings specifications and project documents in accordance with the project field procedures.
• Analysis verify data and progress reports in accordance with project schedule.
• Oversee and manage Mechanical construction works from conception to completion.
• Prepare construction engineering strategy plans foresee and forecast work progression.
• Maintain focus on HSE policy and Quality Standards.
• Provide the working interface between construction and engineering to maintain compliance with plans and specifications and use of economical construction methods.
• Should be conversant with local codes and conducts.
• Supervise test and checkout completed facilities for turnover to the client.
• Supervise surveyors inspectors engineers and inspect construction works progress:

1. Report to Senior Construction manager and the Project management team daily.
2. Develop and attend Weekly construction management meetings with all subcontractors and
3. management teams at site to report progress issues and schedule amendments.
4. Develops contingency and recovery plans as required.
5. knowledge of construction techniques and equipment in order to develop
6. strategies and manage overall quality and efficient daily production of equipment.
7. Develop solutions to complex problems that require a significant degree of innovation andingenuity.
8. Develops procedures as needed.
9. Functions as liaison between multiple project managers construction and contractors.
10. Provides constructability input and construction planning.
11. Responsible for safety of supervised personnel; ensures that personnel comply with
12. established safety policies and procedures and has front line responsibility for providing asafe work environment.
13. Planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones and monitoring progressagainst established schedules and issue progress reports as required.
14. Plans coordinates and directs the construction work and Construction Subcontractor to meet all construction milestone dates.
15. Prepares the construction plan to ensure the efficiency quality safety and performance of construction to meet project objectives.
