We are looking for an Onsite H&F Support Network Services to join our teams working on one of our renowned clients facility based in Rungis ledeFrance France.
Job Types: Fulltime Permanent
French and English Language are mandatory
Experience of Network Devices such as Cisco Switches Routers Wireless Access Points
Basics knowledge/understanding of assigning switch ports to specific VLANs
Patch phone ports to switch as needed.
Basic troubleshooting of VOIP phones (knowledge of basic configuration)
Troubleshoot issues with fiber links between switches Able to visualize errors and communicate to remote technical teams
Troubleshoot and replace network switch chassis blades when required.
Adding memory/flash to existing NonEnd User Devices or Devices;
Patching moving an existing switch or router;
Racking and patching any new NonEnd User Devices or Device(s);
Decommissioning a single NonEnd User Device or Device including verifying the impact of such decommissioning and/or shutting the Device down;
Installing new or moving existing access points for coverage expansion No higher than usage of a 6foot ladder; however for a higher ladder parties shall mutually discuss and agree.
Conducting Site surveys including asset inventory validation;
Conduct WLAN surveys; installing decommissioning or moving WAP;
Installing decommissioning or moving WLC;
Installing decommissioning or moving Smart Edge;
Installing or decommissioning Firewall;
Installing decommissioning or modifying WAN acceleration; Installing decommissioning or modifying the VPN Gateway;
Granting Site access for the Customers third parties.
The onsite Technician may also be required to conduct conference room equipment upgrades where they are swapping devices and following the provided stepbystep processes. Detailed instructions and support will be provided prior to the technician conducting this work.
Good to have an understanding of any Data Center Infrastructure Management Application
Assist network and data center admins (Internal Customer and Vendor) as required during the course of technical troubleshooting
Basic knowledge about Hardware like Servers and storage devices
Should be able to perform IMACD Installation Move Add Change and Disposal Services of the Data Center network equipment
Engineers should have handson experience in large/medium enterprise Data Centers or hosting sites consisting of Servers Storage and Network devices.
