Our client is seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Manager of Customer Support to lead a team of Support Specialists. What You ll Do
- Lead & develop a team of customer support specialists providing training coaching and performance management.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex or highpriority customer issues.
- Oversee daily support operations ensuring fast ticket resolution and service quality.
- Maintain and optimize the Knowledge Base and internal documentation.
- Track and analyze support metrics to drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to resolve technical issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Implement scalable support processes and ensure SLA adherence.
- Foster a customerfirst culture that prioritizes responsiveness and quality service.
What We Are Looking For
- 5 years in customer support with at least 2 years managing a team.
- Experience working with SaaS products and customer support software.
- Strong leadership & team management skills with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
- Ability to analyze support data and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and customer service skills.
- Onsite presence in Redmond WA (collaborative team culture).
Compensation & Benefits
