Location: OnSite in Redmond WA
Salary: $75000 $103000 Equity & Benefits

Our client is seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Manager of Customer Support to lead a team of Support Specialists. Your team will be supporting the biggest brands in the US and driving high levels of customer satisfaction.

What You ll Do

  • Lead & develop a team of customer support specialists providing training coaching and performance management.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex or highpriority customer issues.
  • Oversee daily support operations ensuring fast ticket resolution and service quality.
  • Maintain and optimize the Knowledge Base and internal documentation.
  • Track and analyze support metrics to drive continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to resolve technical issues and enhance the customer experience.
  • Implement scalable support processes and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Foster a customerfirst culture that prioritizes responsiveness and quality service.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5 years in customer support with at least 2 years managing a team.
  • Experience working with SaaS products and customer support software.
  • Strong leadership & team management skills with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
  • Ability to analyze support data and improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication problemsolving and customer service skills.
  • Onsite presence in Redmond WA (collaborative team culture).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $75K $103K (Based on Experience)
