Job Description
Job Title: Data Analyst (Fresher)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a fresher in the Data Analyst role you will have the opportunity to develop your analytical skills learn from experienced professionals and contribute to impactful datadriven decisionmaking across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect clean and preprocess data from various sources.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and provide datadriven solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data models and reporting tools.
- Support the team in generating actionable insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Perform adhoc data analysis as required.
- Continuously learn and apply best practices in data analysis data visualization and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any internship or academic projects related to data analysis or data science.
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts (a plus).

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Mathematics Statistics Computer Science Economics or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL (basic to intermediate level).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI Tableau or similar.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (preferred but not mandatory).
- Good understanding of data cleaning transformation and preprocessing techniques.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication skills to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools technologies and methodologies.
Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Basic knowledge of Python programming and object-oriented concepts. Familiarity with frameworks like Django or Flask is a plus. Understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.. Knowledge of version control systems like Git is preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
