Job Description
Assist Medical Laboratory faculty with the advanced preparation delivery of and assessment of laboratory practicals. Monitor and assist students during laboratory sessions to facilitate successful outcomes and ensure a safe environment.
Duties
1. Assist in the preparation of upcoming laboratory periods. 2. Assist students in the performance of laboratory practicals. 3.Provide and enforce safe laboratory environment. 4.Assist lead instructor with course grading. 5. Assist lead instructor with creating supplemental instructional materials for students. 6. Assist Department Chair with managing and coordinating departmental laboratory sessions.
Minimum Requirements
1. Medical Laboratory Technician ASCP Certification. 2. Recent clinical experience
Preferred Qualifications
1.Previous teaching experience at the college level.
