Job Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic detailoriented CFO to provide outstanding customer service and virtual financial guidance services to their clients. This candidate should come from an independent insurance agency as you will be a fractional CFO for 1015 insurance agencies across the country.
Fully Remote Opportunity (either CST or EST) with travel a few times a year.
The Ideal Candidate:
Confidentiality high integrity and strong communication skills are a definite requirement. In addition this personmust be energetic enthusiastic engaging detailoriented flexible knowledgeable and timely.
Someone who is able to adapt to changing priorities show high initiative and be able to work independently and with a team.
Must be comfortable with Zoom/Teams Calls and clientfacing meetings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Tasks and Customer Relations
You will assist in providing input on current client deliverables new innovations and the development of future business strategies.
Provide financial training and direction to clients so as to implement financial best practices within clients.
You will interpret the clients results develop recommendations and offer strategic financial guidance.
Adapt to ever changing conditions (client requirements time sensitivity special projects etc. to see that assignments are completed to customer satisfaction and in the best interest of the company.
Acts as point of contact for assigned clients on an ongoing basis and responds to client communications and requests.
Administrative Items
Track weekly/monthly/annual goals and objectives for the role.
Use Microsoft Outlook Calendar and video conferencing software for all internal and external interactions.
Manage SOPs through documentation of processes through video capture and written procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or similar field of study
Must have a minimum of 5 years as a CFO Director of Finance/Controller or similar position preferably in an independent insurance agency
A selfstarter with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Strong work ethic intense drive and initiative for quality and customer service
Must be able to work nights weekends and travel as needed
Must have your own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
Possess clean driving record background check
Position Reports To: Company President
Currently this is a fulltime exempt position.
