Oversee the development implementation and success of the program including recruiting training and evaluating interns and CABs while ensuring they have a valuable and meaningful experience
Program Development & Implementation:
- Develop and implement internship/CAB program goals objectives and policies.
- Create clear onboarding plans and processes for interns/CAB
- Establish evaluation processes to assess intern/CAB performance and program effectiveness.
Recruitment and Selection: Screen and select interns based on program requirements and organizational needs.
Intern Management and Support:
- Provide guidance mentorship and support to interns throughout their internship.
- Facilitate networking and professional development opportunities for interns/CAB.
Communication and Relationship Management:
- Maintain open and effective communication with interns/CABs mentors and other stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external partners and organizations involved in the internship program.
Program Evaluation and Improvement:
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of the internship/CAB program.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- May be involved in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to the internship/CAB program.
Qualifications :
- Strong communication interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Ability to develop and implement training programs.
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in managing and coordinating programs or projects.
- Understanding of relevant industry trends and best practices.
