Seeking Receptionist who ideally has at least 23 years of experience working in a professional office environment.
Wellspoken individual who will be responsible to meet and greet clients manage conference rooms (i.e. schedule rooms make sure rooms are presentable before each meeting and help with zoom when needed).
Order supplies and keep supply rooms organized.
Will support several Senior and Junior employees with expenses travel calendar meetings and catering.
Knowledge in Outlook Concur and booking domestic/international travel.
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Must dress professionally.
