Our client is a leading FMCG company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Oversee and manage a team of Product Consultants including recruitment training and motivation to meet sales targets optimize product assortment and maintain effective product displays.
Supervise and coordinate the implementation of POSM deployment planograms activations advertising initiatives and promotional programs for the PG team.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned retail channels such as Store Managers Category Heads and Section Supervisors within supermarkets.
Monitor and manage the stock inventory across assigned retail systems ensuring smooth operations on a monthly basis.
Develop and execute sales strategies schedule store visits ensure product visibility and handle regional responsibilities.
Propose and evaluate strategies for expanding shelf space optimizing POSM placements and running effective promotions.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Willingness to travel as required by the role.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
Open to motivated and adaptable young professionals with a strong drive ability to handle pressure and commitment to achieving goals.
Excellent communication negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data processing.
Effective organizational time management and team leadership abilities.
