JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic General Science Technician to join our outstanding Science department from September 2025.
The Technician will provide technical support to teaching staff within the designated work area and will ensure the safe and proper use and maintenance of resources and equipment. The Technician will support a variety of teaching activities including more advanced work with ALevel and IB examination courses. Specialist training and development opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
A welldeveloped interest in Science is essential to this role with a Technician qualification and/or experience desirable.

THE POSITION
The position is 24 hours per week termtime plus one week 36 weeks per academic year).
Closing date: 21st March 2025 although if a pool of suitable candidates becomes available before that date the College reserves the right to interview and appoint without further notice.
