A boutique MSP is launching a new practice focused on ServiceNow to enhance digital transformation and IT service delivery for both public and private sector clients.
Were seeking an experienced ServiceNow Practice Lead to establish and grow this initiative in collaboration with senior leadership. This role will require you to have expert ServiceNow technical skills and a track record of delivering ServiceNow projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Develop and implement ServiceNow offerings and strategies to drive growth for government and private sector clients.
- Clients: Provide tailored consulting and solutions support sales efforts and secure new business opportunities.
- Solution Delivery: Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow projects ensuring timely and budgetconscious .
- Partnership Development: Build relationships with ServiceNow and industry partners to enhance service capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7 years in IT consulting with ServiceNow with 3 years specializing in ServiceNow solutions.
- Federal Experience: has worked or is working directly in the federal government space
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM ITOM SecOps) and platform architecture.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record in building and managing highperforming teams in a dynamic environment.
- Business Development: Experience in client engagement and proposal development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for diverse stakeholder interactions.
