As a Customer Service Representative you will assist our customers Stiles Field Service Representatives and sales team via email phone and chat to find correct parts needed as well as process quotes and orders in our ERP system and work with suppliers to request offers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Managing incoming calls.
  • Managing emails including the parts department group inbox.
  • Manage customer open requests for parts must have good organization and followup skills.
  • Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with each caller.
  • Pursue open communications with customers to ensure all their requirements were met in a prompt efficient and friendly manner.
  • Maintain cooperative working relationships with supervisors other staff members and customers alike.
  • Recognize and perform duties which need to be performed in an independent manner with little supervision.
  • Oncall rotation 1 out of 1012 weeks will be oncall 24/7.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2 years post High School Education
  • Or 3 years of industry or applicable position experience

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • MS Office Suite
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Welldeveloped ability to network.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Problem solving skills and solution oriented.
