GENERAL FUNCTION

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Director this position will be responsible for the cleanliness of the facility which will include working with cleaning chemicals and equipment operating back pack vacuums up right vacuums carpet extractors rotary floor machines and climbing ladders

KNOW HOW

  • Must at least 18 years old have a high school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of 12 years experience in housekeeping and general maintenance.
  • Should understand the importance of providing timely quality member service which includes ongoing evaluation of member satisfaction.
  • Attend mandatory trainings such as New Employee Orientation Child Abuse Prevention and Safety & Risk Management within 6090 days of employment.
