Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll oversight
- Ensure compliance withMedicare Medicaid and private insurance billing
- Assist with budgeting forecasting and financial planning
- Oversee general ledger reconciliations and monthend closing
- Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth
- Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial reporting
- Ensure regulatory compliance and optimize reimbursement processes
- Manage cash flow accounts payable/receivable and payroll oversight
- Lead financial planning risk assessment and costsaving initiatives
- Work closely with executive leadership on strategic decisionmaking
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountantin home health care healthcare or a related field
- Strong understanding ofMedicare Medicaid and private insurance reimbursements
- Expertise infinancial reporting audits and compliance
- Ability to analyze complex data and improve financial performance
- CPA MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
