Position: Infant Room Teacher
Location: Bozeman Montana
Starting Pay: $17 to $19 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Description:
Mountain Valley ELC and We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Infant Room Teacher to join our team. As an Infant Room Teacher you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and early childhood education to infants under your supervision.
Responsibilities:
Create a safe nurturing and stimulating environment for infants.
Attend to infants basic needs including feeding diapering and comforting.
Implement developmentally appropriate activities to promote cognitive social and physical growth.
Observe and document each childs progress behavior and milestones.
Collaborate with parents to ensure the individual needs of each child are met.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
Adhere to all daycare policies and procedures as well as state licensing regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience working in a childcare facility with infants is preferred.
Knowledge of early childhood development and ageappropriate practices.
Ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children parents and colleagues.
Patience understanding and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
High school diploma or equivalent (Child Development Associate (CDA) or relevant degree preferred).
