Overview
UnityPoint Health Emergency Services Marshalltown
FulltimeMidshift 11a11p; Nights 7p7a; WEP 11a11p; Weekend & Holiday Rotation
Eligible for $10000 SignOn Bonus
The 16bed ER consists of 10 standard treatment rooms; two large traumaspecific rooms and a triage room. There are also four observations rooms designated to accommodate our behavioralhealth patients.

Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- Current license in the state of Iowa or meets criteria established by Iowa Board of Nursing.
- Writes reads comprehends and speaks fluent English.
- Multicultural sensitivity.
- Microsoft Office basic computer skills.
- Customer/patient focused.
- Critical thinking skills using independent judgment in making decisions.
- Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.
- Work may occasionally require travel to other UPH facilities. May drive a UPH vehicle rental or own vehicle.
- Preferred:
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing
- One 1 year of hospital clinical experience or demonstrated clinical efficiency.
- ER Only:
- ACLS PALS BLS NRP and CPI preferred and required within one year of hire
- TNCC preferred and required within 2 years of hire
- ENPC preferred and required within 3 years of hire
