Strategy/Kick off
Gather and analyze research proposals and supporting documents to inform partnership strategies.
Deeply understand client briefs ensuring alignment with Simbiotiks collaborative approach.
Lead team briefings and oversee research into potential brand synergies.
Develop and deliver engaging kickoff presentations that align all stakeholders on objectives timelines and responsibilities.
Create and share dynamic project roadmaps outlining key deliverables budgets and potential challenges.
Outreach to Potential Partners
Identify and scope potential brand partners that align with Simbiotiks assetsharing ethos.
Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to create meaningful brand collaborations.
Oversee the creation of compelling Proposition Decks that inspire potential partners
Train and support the team in creative and effective outreach techniques.
Build and nurture strong longterm relationships with brand partners.
Negotiate mutually beneficial value exchanges that drive business success for all parties.
Track outreach efforts ensuring alignment with client objectives and lead regular client status meetings.
Implementation
Ensure seamless and transparent communication between clients and partners.
Manage partnership agreements ensuring clarity on deliverables and expectations.
Oversee smooth of partnership campaigns ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Troubleshoot and escalate campaign challenges when necessary.
Define success metrics and track performance to showcase impact.
Develop engaging review documents and case studies that demonstrate Simbiotiks effectiveness.
Commercials
Align fees and budgets with project timelines referral structures and resource planning.
Manage invoicing and financial tracking to ensure value alignment between work delivered and fees received.
Optimize team resources in line with account needs and commercial objectives.
Managing your team
Foster a positive collaborative and social team culture in line with Simbiotiks values.
Mentor and develop team members ensuring they feel supported and inspired.
Provide training on best practices for client management outreach and campaign .
Identify strengths within the team and create opportunities for growth.
Managing your clients
Build strong equaltoequal relationships with clients ensuring trust and transparency.
Act as a strategic advisor helping clients navigate partnership opportunities.
Manage client expectations and handle scope changes effectively.
Collaborate with clients external agencies to ensure seamless .
Address any challenges when clients are not meeting their commitments.
Steering your account
Maintain a strategic longterm view of accounts ensuring continued value creation.
Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and propose new revenuegenerating opportunities for Simbiotik and its clients.
Seek out innovative ways to connect brands and maximize shared assets.
Budget opportunities with clients and work with AD to put forward proposals and suggested fees.
Identify new business opportunities with partners and agencies
