Job Title: Senior Technical Specialist MS Dynamics (REMOTE)
Location: Raleigh NC
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide seniorlevel system management configuration administration and support to the MS Dynamic application deployed at the client.
Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the ability to work under a tight timeline. Responsible for working with both mid and seniorlevel business executives and IT personnel to refine and execute program requirements.
The successful candidate will have deep experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM based business solutions. This position is responsible for planning designing development enhancement and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions/applications. The candidate will have significant knowledge in Dynamics CRM Best Practices Entities/Tables Workflows configurations Business Process Flows Portals custom development integration development Reporting Dashboards Web Resources Power Automate and CRM Solutions File Management.
The person will perform system administration business and workflow process modeling and business systems integration based on a high degree of knowledge and experience using Microsoft Dynamics framework. This role will design and add code to the repository troubleshoot system issues and perform daytoday administrative tasks to ensure MS Dynamics is optimized to meet business goals.

This position requires an extensive level of business/business application knowledge a specialized/advanced technical skill set or extended experience in a specialized/advanced technical skill set. This position will provide rapid application development and system administration/configuration support.
This position requires independent initiative and action in decision making analysis design programming and troubleshooting arenas. Duties also include:

Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Significant knowledge with Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a developer 7 Years Significant knowledge with Business Process Flows (BPFs) Workflows Forms Customization Views and reports 7 Years Significant knowledge with Business Units Security Groups Teams Console Jobs and CRM Administration 7 Years Significant knowledge with Power Apps and Power Automate for systems integrations 7 Years Experience in solution architecture web application and/or implementation of CRM solutions including development and administration 5 Years Experience in web resource capabilities within Dynamics CRM 5 Years Dynamics 365 CRM data model with designing creating customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM solutions including innovative module solutions us 5 Years setting up and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM with O365 and SharePoint. 5 Years CRM API web services REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints 5 Years reporting architecture SSRS and/or Power BI 5 Years various developer tools including XRM Toolbox Plugins Ribbon Workbench and REST Builder for API calls 5 Years Troubleshoot Dynamics CRM errors and performance related issues 5 Years Azure AD and DevOps is preferable Desired 3 Years

- Create and modify views entities reports in Dynamics in a Development Environment test same and publish to production
- Create and update Dynamics Security Roles in the system and modify as needed.
- Work with client staff on tenant level changes.
- Work with client staff on application specific issues encountered.
- Create and modify Power Automate (Flows).
- Support the connection to external applications if applicable
- Ensure integrations have access to Production assets including CDS PowerApps Azure and Exchange/O365.
- Export solutions from Dev environments as managed and import into UAT and Production
This position requires an extensive level of business/business application knowledge a specialized/advanced technical skill set or extended experience in a specialized/advanced technical skill set. This position will provide rapid application development and system administration/configuration support.

- participation in strategic and tactical planning with Business Partners Vendors and organizational unit management
- participating in project planning and estimating efforts
- consultation and planning for specific modifications and enhancements to production applications/information systems
- monitoring technical effort activities for adherence to schedules milestones and deliverables
- monitoring efforts for quality assurance and adherence to state departmental and divisional standards and procedures
- application/information system assessment and performance monitoring to avoid preventable interruption of production and to provide optimum quality service to the clients.
