The Sales & Service Specialist is a positive highenergy customerfocused position in a fastpaced tire and automotive service facility. This role is primarily responsible for servicing customers by assessing needs recommending products and/or services performing entrylevel vehicle services and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services
What youll do:
- Build customer relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist in all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks
- Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks: Tires Battery Oil etc.
- Store operations opening/closing inventory displays asneeded basis
- Assist in directing the workflow in the service department
- Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks
Qualifications
- Retail sales and/or customer service experience
- Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends evenings
- Valid drivers license
