Salary Range: AUD $141524 $150124 Annual Gross.

Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 1214 years of experience with Information Technology
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
Preferred Work Experience:
- 68 Yrs of experience as a Senior Test Manager/Program Test Manager; Extensive experience in Test Management and Testing environment
- Experience in embedding test resources into Agile teams (dev/test collaboration in same sprint) for ST & IAT phases
- Automation knowledge and experience in Selenium CucumberBDD Java Scripting Rest assured API automation Selenium Grid usage
- Experience in build automation tools : Maven Gradle Git BitbucketALM/JIRA XRAY (Nice to have)
- Experience in developing CICD Pipeline through Jenkins/Bamboo (Nice to have)
- Demonstrated experience managing and building effective working relationships at all levels of an organization
- Experience in test analysis & reporting
- Ability to develop and execute on a testing strategy test Design and designing the test automation framework for uplift of testing delivery through practice uplift
- Applied understand and experience of: Design Thinking Process Design & Lean Methodology and Systems Development Methodologies Agile LD JAD RAD Scrum SDLC SAFE
- Strong Stakeholder management
- Program and people management experience
- Able to work closely with Testing practice for uplift tooling
- Experience in contributing to PI planning Estimating testing efforts
- Experience in providing technical and stake holder management guidance to onshore leads
- Proven experience working with dev teams implementing test driven development shifting testing responsibility left
- Proven experience building out robust automation capabilities and embedding them into CI/CD pipeline
- Proven experience developing valuable agile quality/testing metrics
- Proven delivery experience in Scaled Agile Framework environment
- Experience in working in transformation programs in banking domain.
- Significant experience working in Core banking platforms involving applications running in Mainframes.
- Proficient in leveraging legacy systems like MF Cobol Unix JCL and DB2
- Knowledge on transaction processing
- Well versed in data migration testing developing the strategy for both functional and nonfunctional testing.
- Proven experience in handling vendors developers project managers business analysts and other teams in the organization and to ensure the excellence in test delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop the test strategy / approach for the assigned projects.
- Responsible for periodic reporting of test quality status to ensure all relevel stakeholders are appropriately informed of progress to schedule.
- Manage the delivery of test processes task allocations methodologies measurements and deliverables across all technologies and adhering the processes at Enterprise level.
- Lead and develop a team in accordance with the organisations people and processes including developing optimal structures and clear accountabilities maximising employee performance providing mentoring and coaching.
- Execute strategic business plan across the projects to align to enterprise testing services strategic objectives for continuous improvement and consistent quality of service delivery.
