Position Overview
We are looking for a design & architecture fanatic for our Chicago office to plan organize and collaborate on the design development of multiple projects and drive interior architecturerelated initiatives from feasibility and concept through strategy and . They will be focused on preliminary programming studies as well as creating conceptual and schematic design sets for handoff to the project Interior Designer of Record for and coordination. They will work directly with architecture and multidisciplinary teams both internally and externally on everything from interior and exterior amenity planning to unit plans and consultant coordination. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the development lifecycle and a knack for organization and processes as well as proficient technical skills and dedication to the details. The most critical requirements are a passion for what they do and a desire to learn teach grow and make meaningful contributions.
They will be the pin of Cores internal interior design capabilities collaborating with others to uncover new opportunities and deliver actionable direction. They need to have a curious mind paired with a highly developed technical understanding of interiors allowing them to think big but execute at any scale. They will lead intelligently work collaboratively and communicate effectively but always balance business needs with innovative thinking.

Base Salary: $80000 $120000 annually. Final salary within this range will depend on experience skills qualifications and location.
Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses typically ranging between 1020 of base salary annually depending on individual and organizational performance.
