Responsibilities
- Recruit hire coach and support a highperforming sales team
- Design and implement systems to track quality productivity and effectiveness
- Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and performance
- Monitor and report on sales forecasts performance metrics and market trends
- Develop strategies with crossfunctional teams to drive growth and conversion rates
- Prepare and present business reviews and quarterly reports for stakeholders
- Set and monitor team performance targets in collaboration with leadership
- Implement employee engagement performance management and retention strategies
- Optimize staffing through hiring training and performance management
- Identify market trends and strategic initiatives to scale the team
- Utilize data analysis to refine sales strategies and improve performance
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Native or fluent German (C1 and English (B2 proficiency
- 5 years of experience in a revenuedriven role with 2 years in a leadership position
- Strong sales skills with a solutionoriented customerfocused approach
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication presentation and leadership skills
- Strong ability to analyze sales data and optimize pipeline performance
- Experience with CRMs and sales tools
- Proactive organized and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Skilled in coaching mentoring and conflict resolution
- Ability to collaborate across departments and build hightrust relationship
