Job responsibilities:
- Develops the channel strategy for owned and paid channels including creation and alignment of channel KPIs with local stakeholders and global headquarters.
- Lead the digital marketing team with oversight across all paid and owned digital channels including display social media performance marketing affiliate marketing.
- Develops digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness drive traffic generate leads and increase sales.
- Work closely with the ECommerce department to grow the digital business strategically.
- Support the planning and executing all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM marketing database email social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with global digital marketing team (GHQ) to localize digital marketing initiatives.
- Provide campaign performance analysis and recommendations to optimize ROAS and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and optimizing cost and budget of online marketing strategies
- Analyze marketing data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Staying up to date with industry best practices and upskilling knowledge and capabilities of the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any related field (Marketing Preferred)
- Strong proficiency in English (written & verbal)
- At least 8 years of working experience in the related field.
- Has expertise in Google Analytics Google Ads Manager Facebook Manager TikTok Ads Search Console and any other related platform.
- Proficiency in paid advertising to maximise visibility engagement and conversions while optimizing ad spend.
- Experienced in managing and creating website and app content.
- Possess strong analytical skills and able to leverage data and metrics to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- Ability to communicate digital marketing concepts strategy goals and KPI achievements.
- Ability to display growth mindset to drive demand generation in digital platforms.
- Experience in measuring performance creating dashboards and drawing insights for further optimization using analytics tools such as Google Analytics etc.
- Experience in people and stakeholder management to drive business results.
- Selfdriven and able to drive fresh initiatives to meet business needs.
