Salary Range: $30000 $43000 per year (prorated for parttime roles)
Job Type: FullTime / PartTime Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Document Creation & Editing: Produce highquality errorfree documents reports and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for typing up meeting minutes preparing formal reports and ensuring that all documentation is consistent with our brand guidelines.
  • Transcription Services: Convert audio recordings from webinars virtual meetings and client interviews into clear concise written reports. Ensure that all transcriptions are accurate formatted correctly and delivered within deadlines.
  • Digital Filing & Organization: Create update and maintain an organized digital filing system. Ensure that all documents are securely stored and easily accessible to team members and management.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with different departments such as marketing sales and management to provide administrative support on projects. Assist in the preparation of presentations proposals and other critical documents.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and edits of your work and that of your team to ensure the highest level of accuracy and professionalism. Implement quality control measures to reduce errors and improve workflow.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for documentrelated inquiries. Coordinate with team members via virtual platforms (such as Zoom Slack or Microsoft Teams) to ensure timely completion of projects and address any documentation issues.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to improve document workflows and transcription processes. Recommend new tools technologies or methods to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience & Education: A minimum of a high school diploma is required; candidates with experience in document management transcription or administrative roles are preferred. Additional coursework or certifications in office administration or business communication are advantageous.
  • Typing Proficiency: Proven highspeed typing ability (at least 65 WPM) with exceptional attention to detail. Experience with transcription and document formatting is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace and digital communication platforms. Familiarity with document management software and transcription tools is highly desirable.
  • Organizational Ability: Strong time management and organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling effective interaction with team members management and external partners.
  • SelfDiscipline: Ability to work independently maintain focus and manage deadlines without direct supervision. A proactive attitude toward problemsolving and process improvement is essential.
