As a Trust & Safety Specialist you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online content to uphold community guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate text images videos and links to ensure adherence to platform policieswithout exposure to sensitive content
- Apply moderation guidelines consistently to maintain a safe and respectful online community
- Handle user appeals with professionalism offering clear explanations of moderation actions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices
- Stay up to date with emerging digital trends to refine moderation strategies
- Provide insights to improve moderation tools and processes for greater efficiency
Qualifications:
- C1/C2 proficiency in German
- B2 proficiency in English
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
