The Role
As Head of MFL you will:
- Lead the strategic development of the MFL department ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.
- Deliver engaging and challenging lessons in French Spanish or German from KS3 to Sixth Form.
- Foster cultural awareness through immersive experiences including trips exchanges and extracurricular clubs.
- Support students preparing for GCSE ALevel and university applications.
- Manage and develop a team of dedicated language teachers promoting innovative and engaging pedagogy.
